In the conifer-covered forest, there is no one to help you. In fact, several people feel this way about healthcare today.
If you have ever visited a hospital, you have undoubtedly encountered a complex system linked to an over-burdened workforce and under-represented customer base. Working inside of healthcare is equally frustrating, with a lack of time to truly interact with patients and their families, leading some to lose sight of why they were drawn to healthcare in the first place.
Seeing the forest for the trees becomes difficult, especially on the inside; thus, bravely pivoting away provides a new perspective and creates the possibility of fixing broken things. This is what CEO & Founder Angela Cox did during her 20+ year career journey. Her mission was to improve this broken system by combining the two massive industries with the largest possibility for change.
Building stronger authentic relationships, bringing innovation with integrity into the workplace, and creating a better understanding between those communicating outside and inside is our forte. We are in the business of bringing compassionate hearts and extraordinary minds together for a greater purpose.
With little more than ambition to change the world and make it a better place, I started on an ordinary path. However, given the option to choose the familiar versus the path less walked, I followed Robert Frost. You know this quote, “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by.”
